Well-known family firm, J F Hanley, has been appointed a Kubota tractor and groundcare dealer for the Connacht region of Ireland.

Operating from impressive premises at Ballydooley, Roscommon, J F Hanley is now providing sales, service and parts support to customers for the full range of Kubota compact tractors and matching implements, ride-on petrol and diesel mowers, and the RTV900 all-terrain utility vehicle, which was launched in May this year. The area covered by the company encompasses the counties of Roscommon, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo.

Owned and managed by John Hanley with support from wife, Martina, who looks after the company's accounts, and son, Patrick, who manages groundcare equipment sales, J F Hanley has established a loyal and expanding customer base over the past 20 years in the amenity and landscaping, golf course maintenance and agricultural/horticultural sectors. The firm is recognised also as an ATV specialist and has a separate division which supplies and installs road, security and livestock fencing for customers throughout Ireland.

Kubota's area sales manager for Ireland, Sam Thompson, commented that he was delighted to have appointed J F Hanley as a Kubota tractor and groundcare dealer for the Connacht region of Ireland.

"The company comprises a dedicated team of skilled and experienced staff determined to deliver consistent first-class service and support to all Kubota customers - past, present and future," he pointed out. "I will be providing sales, technical and demonstration assistance to J F Hanley, as and when required, and together we are aiming to make Kubota a force to be reckoned with throughout the area."

John Hanley said that the excellent product offering from Kubota strengthens the company's ability to grow its range of services to the amenity, golf and turf sectors. "We look forward to continued expansion in these very important areas of the market as well as developing new business opportunities alongside Kubota," he concluded.
