Major Equipment Intl Ltd announces appointment of new distributor for the United Arab Emirates

Groundscare machinery manufacturer Major Equipment Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Desert Turfcare LLC as the new distributor for MAJOR products in the United Arab Emirates.

Desert Turfcare LLC has extensive turf and grass cutting machinery experience in the Middle East and is well known throughout the region. "We are delighted to have been awarded this agency," says Simon Lupton, Desert Turfcare's technical sales and service manager. "The MAJOR products are extremely durable and give cost effective grass cutting with an excellent finish. We are looking forward to a very successful partnership."

Desert Turfcare LLC organised a series of MAJOR Machinery Demonstration Days in December at Meydan Racecourse and 'The Sevens' Rugby Stadium in Dubai and Ghantoot Racing and Polo Club in Abu Dhabi. The events were attended by over sixty grounds maintenance managers from all over the UAE.

Major Equipment Ltd has been manufacturing grass cutting machinery in for over 35 years. Their green and yellow machines, all marketed under the MAJOR brand name, includes a range of roller mowers, grass toppers and flail mowers.
