Valle del Este-El Bosque.jpgRansomes Jacobsen's Spanish distributor, Green Mowers, has experienced strong sales this season and this is continuing with recent deliveries of equipment to El Bosque Golf Club in Valencia and Valle del Este Golf Resort in Almeria. Ransomes Jacobsen is a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company.

The 18-hole, 6,249 metre El Bosque course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. and opened in 1975. It has hosted the Open El Bosque Open - a Volvo Tour event, the Mediterranean Open, the European Seniors PGA and the Queens Cup.

Head Greenkeeper Raffael Segarra has augmented his fleet of Jacobsen turf maintenance equipment with the delivery of a TR3 tees and surrounds mower.

Jose Angel Salas, the Course Manager at Valle del Este now has the benefit of a Jacobsen LF3400 fairway mower, which was recently delivered by the Green Mowers' branch in Levante.

Valle del Este was designed by Jose Canales and measures 6300 yards with a par of 71. The desert surroundings with the occasional view of the Mediterranean, rolling hills and steep cliffs, make it visually spectacular.

The LF3400 has been purchased to upgrade the presentation of the fairways and is the first Jacobsen machine on the course, breaking the monopoly of John Deere at Valle del Este.
