New initiative for Trimax

Tradeshows have played a big part in the history of Trimax. They've acted as a platform to launch and showcase industry-leading innovations, as well as a place to meet new and familiar faces. However, the last few years have been incredibly hard for tradeshows across the globe. So many uncertainties and variables, due to the pandemic, have forced postponements and even cancellations of these much-loved events.

For us as a manufacturer, building relationships is such a major part of our business's success, so during these COVID-19 times, we've certainly missed the connection with both our dealers and our customers. This year, we plan to adapt our strategy to the current environment by moving away from large indoor tradeshows and investing in higher return engagement methods and bringing forward a greater omni-channel approach.

Working with our Elite Dealers, we'll be finalising a fantastic line-up of demo days right across the country. These smaller locations will give us complete flexibility while offering visitors a safer and more convenient experience. Our aim is to increase touch points throughout the year and offer both dealers and customers the chance for valuable in-depth interactions with us.

"These smaller events will give customers the opportunity to get hands-on with our machines, ask meaningful questions and experience our renowned service and support," adds Caroline Shaw, European Marketing Manager at Trimax.
