Week three and the Campey Turf Care European Demo Tour continues to gain momentum

Weeks one and two are completed and the third is well underway for Campey Turf Care Systems' European Demo Tour. Each venue visited so far, Real Sociedad in Spain, Espace Sportif Jacques Roux in France and Paradello Green in Italy, has generated enormous interest, not just from the excellent number of attendees at the events but from industry members enquiring online and following the tour as it makes its way across Europe.

The tour provides a unique opportunity for anyone involved in sports pitch maintenance to view a whole range of renovation and maintenance machinery at work including the Koro by Imants Topmaker, aerators, harrows, topdressers and seeders from major manufacturers including Imants, Raycam, Vredo and Dakota.

Richard Campey, currently in Italy at the latest venue in Brescia, had this to say: "We have always believed that there is a genuine interest across Europe to look at ways of improving pitch performance and playability through improved maintenance and renovation techniques. The reaction to our Demo Days to date has been justification enough for the time and effort everyone is putting in to this project. The open-minded approach from those attending is a reflection of the importance that groundsmen, as professionals, attach to achieving the highest standards."
