20 new E-Z-GO RXV Golf cars for Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, golf & Spa
The Macdonald Hill Valley Hotel, Golf and Spa, set in peaceful private grounds just 20 miles from Chester and Shrewsbury, has taken delivery of a fleet of 20 E-Z-GO electric-powered golf cars.
The golf cars, purchased from local dealer Burrows GM, are the latest E-Z-GO RXV models with the all-new AC drive motor. They are equipped with onboard chargers and also the labour-saving single point battery filling system for ease of maintenance.
Andrew Minshall, Director of Golf at the leisure complex commented,
"Right across the Macdonald group we want to be seen as adding value to the golfing experience of our guests and visitors. These buggies help us do that while making a significant contribution to the revenue generating stream, as they are marketed properly, being well presented, highly visible and always available.
"We chose these new RXV buggies for very specific reasons; they are quiet so do not disturb our other quests, the onboard chargers make for easy management as we simply plug them into a normal plug socket for overnight charging. The single point battery filling system also makes routine checking and maintenance extremely simple. It's a labour-saving innovation and only requires a quick daily check. And finally, there are no fuel storage issues, which we would have encountered opting for the petrol-engine versions."
