Price Match Promise - Terms and Conditions

At Pitchcare.com, we work hard to keep our prices among the lowest in the UK. By buying in bulk, sourcing directly wherever possible, and holding strong stock levels across our warehousing network, we are able to reduce costs and pass those savings on to our customers.
We are confident in our pricing and proud to offer our Price Match Promise. If you find an identical product available for less from another qualifying UK retailer, let us know. Where your request meets the criteria below, we will aim to beat the competitor’s total delivered price. If we are unable to do so, we may instead offer a matched price at our discretion.
We believe in offering great value, great service, and competitive prices without compromise.
How it works
If you find an identical product at a lower price from a qualifying UK competitor, contact us before placing your order, or within 24 hours of placing your order, with the details. We will review the comparison and, if it meets the criteria below, we will aim to beat the competitor’s total delivered price. In some cases, where a lower price cannot reasonably be beaten, we may offer a matched price/product instead.
For us to look at Price Matching you will need to send us:
- the competitor’s name
- a link to the product page or a written quotation
- the product name and code
- the total delivered price, including VAT and delivery charges
- your order number if you have already placed the order
Price Match Promise Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
Our Price Match Promise applies only where all of the following conditions are met:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, specification, size, colour, finish, and condition.
- The competitor must be a UK-based retailer selling directly to customers in the UK.
- The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery.
- The comparison must be against the competitor’s current advertised selling price or a current written quotation that we can verify.
- The total order value must be at least £50 including VAT and no more than £10,000 including VAT in a single order.
- The lower price must include all applicable charges, including VAT, delivery, handling, surcharges, and any other compulsory costs.
- The competitor must be an independent third-party retailer. Comparisons against amenity.co.uk or any related website, brand, business, or sales channel are not eligible under this Price Match Promise.
2. What we will match against
We will consider price match requests against:
- genuine UK retail websites
- current written quotations from UK suppliers
- like-for-like products sold new and with the same warranty and service terms
3. What is excluded
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- marketplace sellers, auction sites, or third-party platforms, including sellers on Amazon Marketplace, eBay, or similar
- clearance, liquidation, end-of-line, damaged, refurbished, graded, seconds, ex-display, or open-box products
- trade-only prices, membership prices, staff discounts, loyalty discounts, or prices available only through account-specific agreements
- bulk deal pricing, tender pricing, project pricing, contract pricing, or resale enquiries
- time-limited flash sales, voucher codes, cashback offers, finance offers, multibuy deals, bundle deals, or promotional offers of any kind
- pricing errors or misprints
- products not currently in stock or not available for prompt dispatch
- bespoke, made-to-order, special-order, or custom-configured items
- products sold by businesses in administration or liquidation
- delivery outside mainland UK where additional charges may apply
- any comparison where the competing product includes different warranty terms, service levels, aftersales support, or delivery arrangements
- any request combined with another offer, discount code, promotional voucher, bundle saving, account discount, or rebate offered by Pitchcare.com
4. Verification
We reserve the right to verify any price match request. This may include confirming:
- the competitor’s current selling price
- stock availability
- delivery times
- delivery charges
- product specification
- retailer status and trading location
If we cannot verify the competitor’s offer to our satisfaction, we may decline the request.
5. Our discretion
While we always aim to be as competitive as possible, all price match requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to:
- refuse a price match request
- limit the quantity of products covered
- limit the number of price match requests per customer, per order, or per household
- withdraw or amend this Price Match Promise at any time without notice
- offer an equivalent discount, store credit, refund adjustment, or matched price instead of beating the price
6. Timing
Price match requests must be made:
- before an order is placed, or
- within 24 hours of placing an order
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
7. Quantity limits
The Price Match Promise is intended for normal customer purchases only. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse requests where the order quantity appears unusual, commercial in scale, or intended for resale.
8. Delivery and service differences
A price match may not be available where the competing offer involves different delivery times, delivery outside of our standard priced delivery areas, service levels, warranty arrangements, or aftersales support.
9. Final decision
Our decision on whether a product or offer qualifies for a price match is final and taken without prejudice
