Campeys ‘Perfecting Play™’ demonstration tour heads for Europe
Campey Turf Care Systems, one of Europe's largest independent machinery suppliers, is hosting a series of pitch renovation demonstrations at selected high profile sporting venues across France, Germany and the Netherlands.
The focus will be on 'Perfecting Play™' through learning about the latest sports pitch renovation techniques and machinery. Each location will conduct a total pitch renovation in front of new and established professional grounds staff.
The objective is to reinforce the idea of best practice in natural sports turf management through education and demonstration.
Machinery in action will include; the Koro FTM 2000 with the revolutionary Terraplane® rotor, Koro FTM 1500 with the new Universe® rotor.
Koro Recycling Dresser (RCD), the new Imants mini Rotoknife, an Imants Shockwave and Rotosweep, Raycam Speedresser and Aeraseeder, Dakota Turf Tender, a set of Koro Speed harrows, Raycam Dragmat and the new Air2G2.
An invitation to attend its extended to all professional groundsmen and women interested in the renovation and maintenance of natural turf sports pitches.
The 2014 tour begins in Paris on the 16th April at Ecole Polytechnique, a prestigious French engineering school, moves on to Agen on the 24th and St. Etienne on the 29th - held at football training grounds. These demonstrations will be in conjunction with Campeys dealer for France; Hydraparts.
The tour then heads north to Frankfurt in Germany with demonstrations during 7th to the 9th May, with GT Equipment.
Next stop is the Netherlands for a combined sport pitch renovation with Campeys Dutch dealer, VGR Equipment and a factory visit to the manufacturer Imants BV.
This will give visitors an opportunity to see how Imants and Koro by Imants machines are produced and to marvel at the professionalism and dedication Imants BV apply to their research and development and production facilities.
Finally the tour returns home to the UK with a full renovation day at Macclesfield Town Football Club on the 20th May.
