Gary Johnson says victory over Cardiff City tonight (7.45pm) would be a tribute to all those people who have worked so hard to help the game beat the big freeze.

The City boss has been keeping regular dialogue with groundsman Craig Richardson, head of operations Keith Draisey and stadium manager Dave Lewis throughout the last few days.

He has also witnessed the hard work put in by club staff to clear the stadium and surrounding areas first hand.

Speaking on Player, Gary said: "I've been checking daily how they've been getting on and there has been an awful lot of hard work put in by countless people.
