Hayter business in Denmark set to increase

Lyngfeldt A/S, International Distributor of the Year for Hayter in 2003, is working hard to win the award again for 2004. They have recently organised five visits over a three week period to the Hayter factory at Spellbrook for existing and potential customers. These visits followed similar very successful visits which took place two years ago.

Four of the visits, each of a two day duration, were for customers. During the visits they were able to learn about Hayter commercial products and their capabilities but more importantly, to see them being made in the factory. The programme was a full one with a number of formal sessions but there was time set aside for a game of golf at Great Hadham Golf Club on the second day. The fifth visit was for technical staff who attended a service training course.

Commenting on the visits Jesper Seidelmann from Lyngfeldt said. "We have been very successful with Hayter products and are impressed with their performance, quality and ease of maintenance. Coming to the factory enables us to show our customers the full range but more importantly, the product being built and the care and attention that goes in to the design and manufacture. Our customers also find the discussions with designers and technical staff particularly useful and we learn a great deal from these. Our colleagues at Hayter are always open and responsive to our comments and feedback"
