Kawasaki Unveils New Development in Engines

Press Releasein Industry News

TJ53Global Manufacturer, Kawasaki has always strived to produce superior quality engines and unveiling their new range of FJ-D horizontal shaft industrial engines and TJ two stroke engines secures their place as a leading innovator in engine design.

Kawasaki has created new technology to make sure they have developed engines which will surpass market expectations. A major achievement is being the only supplier to reach the target of regulations for EMC emissions with their specifically designed aluminium spark plug cap (patent pending), which is a key feature of the TJ range.

The newly designed spherical combustion chamber in the FJ-D series ensures that the engines exceed the worldwide emission directives and Kawasaki has also introduced the K-Twin balancer system in the FJ-D engine which cuts vertical vibration to zero and reduces noise output. And if that weren't enough Kawasaki has used new crankshaft machining technology to also cut the TJ engines' noise output and vibration.

Senior Product Manager Jack Ford is clearly delighted with the new ranges, saying "We haven't just concentrated on improving one aspect; we've listened to our customers and are delighted that these new Engines meet their expectations of optimum cost and low vibration, whilst still being able to provide the high quality and reliability that Kawasaki is well known for".

Kawasaki continues to ensure they are designing engines which not only respond to today's increasing market demands but also pave the way for future developments.
