Massey Ferguson to unveil new tractors and ground care products at BTME 2007
Massey Ferguson's all-new 3600 Series mid-range tractors will receive their first public airing in the UK and Ireland at the forthcoming BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition (BTME), being held in Harrogate from 23 - 25 January 2007.
The all-new tractor range will take pride of place alongside Massey Ferguson's newly-extended line-up of professional grounds care equipment on Stand A23a, located in prime position just inside the main entrance to Hall A.
Suitable for a wide range of on- and off-road applications within the grounds care, landscaping and commercial horticulture sectors, Massey Ferguson's 3600 Series comprises the MF 3615, MF 3625, MF 3635 and MF 3645 tractors rated at 58hp, 68hp, 78hp and 91hp respectively. All are powered by three-cylinder turbocharged Sisu engines, the top model benefiting also from an intercooler.
Customers can specify the new tractors in two-wheel drive form equipped with a 12/12 gearbox or in four-wheel drive with a 24/24 transmission. There is also the choice of a flat floor 'Q' cab or open platform with roll-over protection structure (ROPS), the latter expected to appeal to growers working within polytunnels and glasshouses.
Also making their BTME debut will be the MF GC2300 22.5hp sub-compact tractor and the MF 20MD four-wheel drive utility vehicle with 20hp Perkins diesel, 408kg load capacity and class-leading ground clearance of 266mm.
These important new machines will be shown alongside three of Massey Ferguson's acclaimed 1500 Series compact tractors: the 22hp MF1523 Hydrostatic with rollbar, the 28hp MF1528 Hydrostatic with rollbar and the top-of-the-range 46hp MF1547 equipped with advanced change-on-the-move Dyna QPS transmission and air-conditioned 'Q' cab.
