Sanli to launch raft of new machines at Saltex 2010

First-time IOG SALTEX exhibitor, SANLI UK Ltd, will be showing and demonstrating at the show a number of important new additions to its outdoor power equipment and garden machinery line-up.

Among the newcomers from SANLI will be walk-behind and ride-on mowers, a garden tractor, a pair of hedge trimmers and a range of petrol and diesel engines suitable for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and as service replacement units.

Making its world debut at IOG SALTEX will be SANLI's first-ever diesel-engined mower in the shape of the SL127AD zero-turn radius (ZTR) ride-on machine with a 48in (1.22m) combined side-discharge and mulching deck. Power to the wheels and cutter blades comes from a new twin-cylinder, water-cooled 18hp diesel engine, capable of meeting the demands of cost-conscious users with larger areas of grass to maintain.

Key features of the new mower include two lever independent zero-turn steering producing exceptional manoeuvrability from a machine offering superb operator visibility and surprisingly low purchase and running costs. Cutting height range is from 30mm - 90mm.

Another all-new SANLI machine at IOG SALTEX will be a 19in (48cm) pedestrian self-propelled roller mower powered by a SANLI 163cc 5.5hp OHV engine. Equipped with a 60 litre grass catcher, soft grip handles and single point cutting-height adjustment, the new mower combines reliable, economical operation with the ability to bring a neat striped finish to ornamental lawns and similar high-profile grass areas.

Continuing the pedestrian theme, SANLI UK will be unveiling also a brand-new 22in (56cm) rotary mower with 3-in-1 cut and collect or cut and discharge or mulching
capabilities. Powered by a SANLI 5.5hp OHV engine, the mower is aimed at keen gardeners and semi-professional users requiring a robust, multi-purpose mower which is economical both to own and operate.

The company is introducing also at the event a pair of self-propelled wheeled mowers with light, yet strong aluminium decks. The two machines will be available in cutting widths of 19in (48cm) and 22in (56cm), both powered by SANLI 5.5hp OHV petrol engines.

Featuring both side-discharge (with optional grass collection) and mulching capabilities will be a new SANLI garden tractor with a 17.5hp petrol engine, hydrostatic drive and 42in (1.06m) mid mower deck.

Last but by no means least of the new product introductions planned by SANLI for SALTEX are a 30in (76cm) single-sided hedge trimmer and a 24in (60cm) double-sided hedge trimmer. Both are powered by SANLI two-stroke air-cooled engines and have twist- grip handles at the rear to facilitate vertical or horizontal operation.

Machinery manufacturers and service engineers looking for a range of reliable and cost-effective high performance engines fuelled by petrol or diesel will be welcomed at the SANLI exhibit where technical specifications and typical applications can be discussed.
