The search is on for outstanding women working in turfcare
The Women in Golf Awards is encouraging employers, colleagues and industry peers across the turfcare sector to submit nominations for the 2026 awards, recognising the women driving excellence, innovation and leadership within this sector of the industry.

Sponsored by BIGGA, the Women in Turfcare Award celebrates women making a positive contribution to greenkeeping and the wider turf management sector. Other categories to consider include the Women in Leadership sponsored by The GCMA and Rising Star sponsored by Acushnet, where previous Turfcare nominees and winners have demonstrated the breadth of talent and opportunity within the industry.
Organisers are also keen to highlight that a limited number of complimentary places are available for greenkeeping staff to attend the awards, thanks to funding provided by Syngenta, helping to ensure more turfcare professionals can be part of the celebrations and networking opportunities.
Nominations are open now and can be submitted at womeningolfawards.co.uk until 18 October.
