Winners of Fairways Competition at Scotsturf

A free prize draw on the Fairways GM stand at Scotsturf resulted in hundreds of entries and six lucky winners.

To help launch the company to Scotland's turf professionals and to raise their profile at Scotsturf, the new Ransomes Jacobsen dealer was giving away Taylor Made fairway woods to anyone who put their business card into the free prize draw.

Three lucky winners were drawn each day and they were:

Brian Anderson, Murcar Golf Club

Michael Byrne, Turnburry Golf Club

Chris Docherty, Dumbarton Golf Club

Stephen Scott, St Andrews Links Trust

Gerry Bradley, Wishaw Golf Club

Andrew Connor, Bruntsfield Links Golf Club

"The idea was to provide the opportunity to win a fairway wood from Fairways as part of our promotional activity," said Fairways GM managing director David Rae. "It's a simple idea that worked very well for us and was a contributory factor to the footfall across the stand; congratulations to all the winners."
