FJ Dynamics Line Marking Robotics Warranty

Warranty Period - Applicable for the PaintMaster Pro RLM01

  • Complete machine: 27 months warranty (excluding wear parts).
  • Battery: 1 year or 4,000 km cumulative mileage, whichever comes first.
  • If the machine is activated within 3 months of shipment, the warranty starts from the activation date and provides 24 months of coverage. If it is not activated within 3 months, the warranty starts from the PI date with a maximum warranty period of 27 months.
  • Software updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of the machine.
What is Covered
During the warranty period, FJD will provide replacement parts or repairs free of charge for manufacturing or product quality defects under normal operating conditions. This includes performance faults such as:
  • Unable to start
  • Abnormal shutdown
  • Battery malfunction
  • Motor malfunction
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear parts and routine maintenance items.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidents or environmental factors.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Damage resulting from the use of incompatible paints, solvents or other materials that may cause corrosion, blockages or damage to the spray system.
Paint Compatibility
Please note that the use of incompatible paints or solvents that cause damage to the spray nozzle, pipework, pump or other components is not covered under warranty. This warranty covers use with the MAX-Line range of Line Marking Paints from Pitchcare.
