We have an exciting opportunity for an Amenity Specialist to join our Northern Team. The successful candidate will cover Aberdeenshire, Banffshire, Morayshire, Inverness-shire, Tayside, Perthshire and the Highlands, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

The Role

Applications are invited from successful sports turf professionals wishing to take their career to the next level.

We have an innovative national team of technical specialists who work closely with global market-leading manufacturers. We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of agronomic support as we build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

To join our team, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the requirements of the modern sports turf professional. A formal sports turf qualification or BASIS / FACTS certification would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins
  • Area coverage through effective planning and efficient management.
  • Proactively identify and develop new customer opportunities to drive business growth
  • Deliver expert technical advice and product information to customers across the full portfolio
  • Successfully implement product campaigns and seasonal focused promotions
  • Contribute innovative ideas and initiatives to continuously improve performance

The Person

The role is highly customer-focused, so excellent communication skills are essential. You should be people-oriented, with the ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Confidence in problem-solving, decision-making, and self-management is required, along with the drive to meet sales targets and profit objectives.

This is a permanent role, based remotely with travel across the region. A driving licence is essential, and a flexible approach to working hours will be required to meet the seasonality of the business.

Full training on all products and services will be provided.
