Greenbay Grounds Maintenance Ltd is delighted to offer an exciting permanent opportunity to join one of our valued clients, a prestigious professional football club in the Midlands.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Head Grounds Person to take full responsibility for the management, preparation, and presentation of the stadium pitch and training surfaces, ensuring they are maintained to the highest professional standards throughout the season.

This role would suit an experienced Head Grounds Person or an ambitious Assistant Grounds Person ready to take the next step in their career at an elite sporting venue.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NVQ Level 3 Sports Turf qualification
• Previous experience working within a professional sports or elite venue environment
• Strong knowledge of pitch preparation and sports turf management
• PA1/6 Spraying Certification (desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding playing surfaces

You will receive ongoing support from Greenbay's Directors and operational team, giving you the resources and backing needed to succeed in the role.
