An interview with Stuart Wilson @ Croke Park
Stuart Wilson, Pitch Manager, Croke Park Stadium and the GAA National Games Development Centre (NGDC), discusses the challenges of retaining the pitch - which is almost double the size of a conventional soccer pitch, at c.15,000m2 - in pristine condition, despite 70+ games and a busy concert schedule.
He also discusses how he's using his recently acquired qualification of UK Level 6 in Turf Science Consulting to help other GAA grounds across the country.
