The Howardson Group will return to SALTEX 2026 with Dennis, SISIS and Hunter Grinders, demonstrating a complete range of solutions for turf maintenance, mowing and workshop grinding on stands E123 and E124.

As grounds professionals continue to contend with increasingly challenging weather conditions, evolving sustainability goals and growing performance expectations, the Howardson Group's presence at SALTEX will highlight equipment and expertise designed to support every stage of turf management, from surface preparation and maintenance through to precision mowing and cutting-unit performance.

A major milestone for the Group will be celebrated by Dennis, which becomes the only company to have exhibited at every edition of SALTEX as the show marks its 80th year. The British manufacturer will showcase its latest battery-powered mowing technology, led by the new ES-34SL lightweight finishing mower.

Part of the acclaimed Dennis E-Series, the ES-34SL combines exceptional manoeuvrability with the precision demanded by today's professional grounds teams. Developed in response to customer feedback, it features an intermediate grooming brush, height-of-cut adjustment in 0.1mm increments from 9-35mm and can cut up to four pitches on a single charge before recharging in approximately two hours. The wider E-Series continues to offer grounds professionals reduced running costs, lower maintenance requirements, reduced noise and vibration, and zero exhaust emissions at the point of use.

Alongside Dennis, SISIS will present a comprehensive range of turf preparation and maintenance equipment, helping grounds staff and greenkeepers tackle the challenges of maintaining healthy, resilient surfaces throughout increasingly unpredictable seasons.

The SISIS range offers solutions for scarification, aeration, overseeding, brushing, top dressing and surface preparation, with tractor-mounted and pedestrian machinery designed to suit a wide variety of sports surfaces. The team will also be available to discuss synthetic and hybrid turf maintenance, providing practical advice on maintaining surface performance, cleanliness and longevity.

Completing the Howardson Group line-up will be Hunter Grinders, which continues to strengthen its position as a specialist provider of professional grinding equipment. On display will be the Jupiter ATI 'All-in-One' Grinder and the Amazon Bottom Blade Grinder.

The Jupiter ATI delivers precision grinding with automatic traverse, indexing and in-feed functions, achieving grinding accuracy to within 0.05mm while accommodating cylinders up to 1067mm (42 inches). Working alongside it, the Amazon Bottom Blade Grinder provides workshops with an efficient solution for accurate bottom blade preparation through automatic simultaneous grinding of both the front and top faces.

Visitors will be able to speak directly with technical specialists from all three brands, gaining advice on machinery selection, maintenance practices, workshop efficiency and the transition to battery-powered equipment.

Darren McMahon, Head of Marketing at Howardson Group, said: "This year has reinforced just how important healthy, resilient turf is. The weather may be beyond our control, but the decisions grounds teams make about when and how they maintain their surfaces aren't. Every venue is different, and SALTEX provides the ideal opportunity for us to discuss those challenges and share practical experience across our Dennis, SISIS and Hunter Grinders brands."

Megan Oliver, Managing Director of Howardson Group, added: "SALTEX has always been one of the most important events in the grounds management calendar for Howardson Group. It gives us the opportunity to showcase the continued development of Dennis, SISIS and Hunter Grinders, meet customers from across the industry and better understand the challenges they face. Those conversations are invaluable; they help ensure we continue to develop equipment that delivers the quality, reliability and performance grounds professionals depend on.”

Whether visitors are looking to improve turf health, explore battery-powered mowing solutions or enhance workshop grinding capabilities, the Howardson Group team will be on hand to provide practical advice and demonstrate equipment designed to support professional turfcare operations.
