Kubota G21 back by popular demand

The diesel powered G21E is specifically designed to offer a powerful and robust solution with a host of innovative features for tackling any job.
The mower boasts Kubota's revolutionary 'Glide-Cut' system, a three blade, rear discharge cutting deck that both cuts and collects grass.
Unlike other three blade systems that include a turbine powered side discharge, Kubota's unique Glide Cut channels clippings into an integrated rear grass collector without the use of a turbine. This greatly improves fuel efficiency and increases the operational hours between fuel stops.
Another key benefit of the Glide Cut system is it doesn't require a duct on either side of the cutting deck. For operators, this means enhanced manoeuvrability so tighter turns can be made in both directions. The generous grass collector also means longer working periods before clippings need to be disposed of.
Available in both high and low dump grass collector variations, the G21E features a generous 48" cutting width, ensuring only minimal gaps of uncut grass are left when cutting round trees. It also uses a hexagonal belt - rather than the traditional timing belt used by conventional mowers - for greater durability.
Adrian Langmead, Business Development Manager for Kubota's Tractor and Groundcare division, commented: "The G21 has been out of the Kubota range for about three years. However, we have listened to the needs our customers and are pleased to be able to re-launch it back into our line-up of high performance and market leading groundcare machines.
"The G21E is the same as the previous G21 model except it includes a new assisted steer system instead of power steering. It's our unique Glide Cut technology that makes it stand out from the competition, allied to exceptional performance, power and durability."
With a liquid cooled diesel engine and HST transmission, the G21E has ample horse power and torque rise to complete the toughest of commercial and large domestic jobs, all year round. Furthermore, an impressive 15km/h top operating speed means operators can get the job done quickly.
For user comfort, the mower boasts a fully adjustable, padded and contoured high back seat, which can be moved into the optimum driving position and the full-flat deck offers ample legroom to minimise fatigue. The machine's features combine impressive performance levels with maximum comfort to keep operators working efficiently all day.
Other key features of G21E include large diameter tyres, a hydraulic parallel link system for dumping at variable heights (70cm to 175cm) without spilling and a single lever to control the high dump without having to leave the seat.
Finally, Kubota's G21E includes a quick clean system so wet grass can be cleared away without leaving the driver's seat.
