Sam Bailey 2
As part of an on-going programme to strengthen their customer support team and ensure top-notch aftersales support, Charterhouse Turf Machinery have recently appointed Samuel Bailey. Sam joins the team to liaise with customers and dealers with their requirements for spare parts.

Upon leaving school Sam attended Sparsholt College where he obtained BTEC level 3 national diplomas in Horticulture and Amenity Horticulture.

or the next 10 years he worked within the gardening and amenity industry where he gained hands-on experience as a junior Greenkeeper as well as holding a number of demanding positions within garden retailing. He not only brings with him an in-depth practical knowledge and experience of many horticultural practices to this new role, but also a chance to expand his strengths in customer service.

Sam's remit is to keep the downtime of Charterhouses' range of professional maintenance machinery from Redexim and Graden to a minimum with a second to none parts replacement service.

In his spare time Sam enjoys all things outdoors including running, cycling and caving. Sam also participates in a number of charity events, completing a total of nine events last year and hopes to do even more this year!
