I can only say how pleased I am to be on board with pitchcare.com(ltd) and ideal dreamt up by Dave Saltman. I think it is a great idea that Groundsmen whether they are professional or amateur can now have access to some of the leading Groundsmen and Greenkeepers in the country. When people talk about the trade, I always class that as the men going out and preparing an area ready for sport whether you are looking after a major venue or a small local club, we are all in the same game. It is good now that we can discuss our problems, seek advice, and share skills with the people that do the job day-in and day-out.. I can only see this venture getting better and better as years go on, and I am really glad to be involved and maybe share my experiences with anybody who wishes to know and maybe learn one or two things myself.
