While greenkeepers had a challenge to manage Augusta National as it was inundated with rain at the first ever fall Masters, the team at the inaugural Saudi Ladies International on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Coast faced a very different challenge as Shane O'Donoghue reports.

The desert landscape presents plenty of challenges for Course Superintendent David Blair. "It's a harsh environment with high temperature, high humidity and very little rainfall. We suffer a lot of dry patch throughout the course and it's a challenge to bring these conditions back to the standards we need."
