Your chance to win the Dream Team

Groundscare professionals and amateurs alike throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland have the opportunity to win a compact tractor and a Verti-Drain deep-tine aerator in an outstanding competition being staged jointly by Kubota and Charterhouse Turf Machinery.

To be launched officially on the Charterhouse stand at IoG SALTEX 2005, the competition aims to award the ideal turf maintenance package as the exceptional prize for the best-prepared winter sports ground over one season. Entry, which is free, is open to any public or private sports ground with the exception of those in the two top flight divisions of the English football leagues.

Every pitch and sports ground entered will be judged by an industry specialist and a groundsman from a leading football or rugby club. A short list will be drawn up early in 2006 and the best judged sports ground will be announced in June next year. For excellence in turf maintenance, the winning groundstaff will receive a Charterhouse model 7110 Verti-Drain and a Kubota B1610 compact tractor with a combined value of more than £16,000.

For your chance to see and win the 'dream team' combination, visit the Charterhouse Turf Machinery (W15) and Kubota (W23) exhibition stands at SALTEX and pick up your entry form. Alternatively, forms can be downloaded from the Kubota UK or Charterhouse websites or can be obtained by contacting either company by phone, e-mail, fax or post. The closing date for entries is 31 October 2005.
