Description

Back Lapping Paste - Available in 80 or 120 Grits

Grit Selection of either 80 grit or 120 grit will depend on both; the type of equipment and the level of sharpening required.

Storage of Back Lapping Paste

  • Store between 0-35oC.
  • Store in tightly closed containers.
  • Protect from frost.

Application of Back Lapping Paste

  1. Adjust cutting blade/edges to be within 1mm of each other
  2. Apply a coating of Back lapping Paste with a brush or swab.
  3. Lapping Paste can be applied when blades are in a reverse lapping gear.

For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750 kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000 kg applies.
