Free “SAND & SOIL” demonstrations and seminars day

"SAND & SOIL" - 1st June 2005

As its title suggests, this event will cover synthetic surfaces and natural turf.

Working machinery demonstrations will illustrate the essential routine maintenance required to keep both types of sports surface in optimum condition. Seminar sessions will cover seeds, water management, turf nutrients, choosing synthetic surfaces and the newest technique in aeration. The day concludes with a Sand & Soil "clinic", with the opportunity to get advice from a panel of experts.

"SAND & SOIL" will be of interest to those responsible for maintaining school/college facilities, sports clubs, local authorities, contractors.

The event will take place at Rugby School in Warwickshire.

Attendance is free of charge, but numbers are limited and admission is by ticket only.
