FC Dynamo Kiev has been purchasing equipment from Ransomes Jacobsen for the past five years and this €160,000 contract is part of the club's latest development plan. They are upgrading their main stadium to meet UEFA requirements and over the next five years will be constructing a further 12 grass training pitches, which will have a dedicated turf machinery pool.

The UFF have signed a €180,000 contract for the supply of machinery to their various training facilities throughout the Ukraine. The equipment includes multiple units of Ransomes Mastiff mowers, Ryan aerators, turf cutters and overseeders, Cushman Turf Trucksters, Iseki compact tractors and Jacobsen top dressers. Ransomes Jacobsen has also been asked to prepare and present a paper on pitch maintenance, machinery and offer technical advice at their annual football groundsman conference that will be held in Kiev in December.

Continuing this latest round of success in the former Russian state is a contract with FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, who finished third in their Premier League last season. The equipment for this €60,000 order mirrors that of the UFF, but in single items.
