New distributor for UAE

Ransomes Jacobsen, the Suffolk-based turf equipment manufacturer has appointed Desert Turfcare of Dubai as its exclusive distributor for the United Arab Emirates.

With established offices, workshops and warehousing facilities in the Al Quoz Industrial Zone, Desert Turfcare has the expertise and infrastructure to provide comprehensive sales and support services across the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Qatar. Their technical team also provide support for other distributors across the Middle East and Indian sub-continent.

Desert Turfcare are a trading division of the Desert Group, an established company in the horticulture and landscape sectors employing almost 700 personnel.

Commenting upon their appointment, director Julian Lee said, "We are delighted to be joining the Ransomes Jacobsen distributor network and will be bringing a quality-driven sales and service operation for professional turf machinery to the region. To demonstrate our commitment, we are building new workshops and stores specifically for our turf operations.
