Pitchcare attains 100% customer service milestone!

Throughout the month of July, the Pitchcare Online Store received a 100% customer satisfaction rating via online review and feedback service, Feefo.

Pitchcare received a total of 252 feedback reports rating our customer service. Out of these 252 reports, an outstanding 251 reports rated our service and products as either 'excellent' or 'good'.

Feefo is an independent feedback software used by many leading retailers to gauge their customer service performance and product satisfaction. All customers are entitled to leave feedback on any purchase relating to either the service received or products purchased. The system allows customers to express their opinion freely; Pitchcare cannot edit or moderate any feedback received.

The results indicate Pitchcare's ongoing commitment to providing the highest levels in customer service, ensuring we go above and beyond the customer expectations. The 100% Feefo service rating for July is a testament to how hard working and committed our staff are across all departments.

According to Marketing and Business Manager Dan Hughes, "Since taking over the 10 acre business premises and warehousing here at Allscott, Telford, a key business goal was to develop a business infrastructure which delivers first class customer service to turf care professionals.

Feedback, whether positive or negative, is crucial for us to monitor and improve our systems and service levels. Today, we are exceeding the rating and service feedback many of the leading high street retailers receive, which is a credit to the hard work, dedication and skills of the staff here.
