Here's a novel way to keep you - and your knapsack sprayer - fit for the fight against weeds and moss.

While the coronavirus crisis rules many green places and spaces out of bounds, landscape contractor Richard Parkinson is keeping trim with his Cooper Pegler workout.

Kitted up for the job in hand, Rich's whole body regime tones arms, legs and core, with one of his CP 15 knapsacks providing the muscle.

"Of course, your knapsack also needs regular checks and upkeep, as well as an exercise outing, to stay fighting fit for the return to action when lockdown lifts," Rich says.
