Delivery charge (if applicable) applied at checkout. Next working day delivery is available on some products, as an option on orders placed before 1pm - excludes festive season & bank holidays. Please note deliveries to Highlands, Cornwall and more remote areas may take longer. Surcharges apply for non mainland locations, call for more information - More delivery information.

We require deliveries to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, you may request it is left in a safe place by leaving a signed note for the driver, requesting the item is left without a signature. Please note that this is left at your own risk and at the driver's discretion.

For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750 kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000 kg applies.

For deliveries that require a pallet, the pallet/packaging itself is the customer's responsibility and will not be uplifted or taken upon delivery.
Deliveries are kerb side only.
It is possible a pallet order can be delivered on a vehicle up to the size of a 26T lorry.

Vivara House Martin Nest

"Partner had to put up wooden pattresses as the angles of one of the boxes wasn't exactly 90degrees and it made the fitting more secure. The actual nest is only glued onto the fitted backboard and the item itself is very heavy so I'm hoping that it won't dislodge over time and fall down & hurt someone passing underneath? I also smoothed off the entrance edges with a nail file just because I didn't like to scratchiness of the finish. CON: we CAREFULLY made countersunk holes in the cement type material as one of the fixing screws was situated at the entrance hole and would have hampered the exit of the birds (saw some on Ebay for sale with the backboard cracked so presume others had tried to do the same and failed) PRO: This was the only make I could find that had a choice of left or right entrance holes (may make a difference to whether the birds choose a box that has wind from a certain direction?) Can't confirm whether they are a success as put up too late for this year's Martins. Seller: 5* Items packaged well and dispatched quickly."
