We require deliveries to be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, you may request it is left in a safe place by leaving a signed note for the driver, requesting the item is left without a signature. Please note that this is left at your own risk and at the driver's discretion.
For large orders, please be aware that if you require a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry, the maximum weight for pallets is 750 kg - otherwise the standard pallet size limit of 1000 kg applies.

"I’m so sorry for the poor review, because ICL sportsmaster has been used and has done fantastically well by so many people I know, so it must be something I’ve done wrong . I raked out most of the dead moss from my yellowed lawn and applied the product when the lawn was very slightly damp. Nothing changed over the next few days although the lawn had by then become rather more dry. I sprayed it lightly but to no avail - I know this cannot be the product but I don’t know what I did wrong! I still have at least half of the 25 kg, - can you suggest any way I can try again with the product- I’m so disappointed!"
